I've been using the brady i3300 label printer with 4x4" arc flash labels part#B33-161-483-ansiwa for about 5 years now with great success. The last 3 month's though, I've been having issues with it printing from SKM Power Tools for Windows. Every time I print now, the printer stops after 1-2 labels and I get the error "Supply Jam" - label is jammed at the supply path.
I've been going back and forth with Brady on this issue with no success yet. Has anybody out there run into this issue with the Brady i3300? If so, what did you do, find any solutions? If so, please share your solutions and how you resolved it.
